If your child is going to be absent, please let us know!

• Date
• Child’s name
• Reason for absence: illness, doctor’s appointment, vacation, etc.
• If your child is sick, please tell us what symptoms they have, including fever.

Parents also have the option of reporting an absence through their ParentVue accounts. To report an absence, log in to your ParentVue account.  Click “Attendance” from the tabs on the left.  Now click “Report an Absence” in the upper right corner.  Please make sure to provide a note so we know why your child is out.

Please note that informing us about your child’s absence does not mean that the absence is excused.  That determination is based on why the student is out.  If you have questions about this, please consult your handbook.
